The following terms and conditions apply to visitors and loyal customers of www.interioricons.com. When visiting our website, please note the terms and conditions as follows.

BASIS OF SALE
Interior Icons’ website provides key information pertaining to our products and instructions for order placement. Be assured that we will accept placed orders after confirming your order via email, unless the order is canceled in accordance with the terms outlined below. Unless otherwise specified, customers may only apply one discount/offer code per shopping basket.
Upon choosing a product, please select the color, size and quantity required before adding an item to your basket. From there, simply follow the steps to make payment. Please check your order details during each step of the ordering process to ensure your order is placed properly, and to avoid any unnecessary errors.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if the following issues apply:
- We are unable to process your payment, or a bank or merchant service provider later cancels payment
- Payment has been made fraudulently or by illegal means
- There has been an error in pricing or product description
- We do not deliver to your address
In the event that an order is canceled by Interior Icons due to one of these reasons, be assured that you will be reimbursed in full by the payment method initially used (and when applicable, to the same debit or credit card).
Interior Icons makes every effort to ensure all prices shown are accurate at the time of order. If a pricing error has occurred following order placement, Interior Icons will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to:
- Place a new order reflecting the correct price for the mis-priced item(s);
- Cancel your order for the mis-priced item(s); or
- Cancel the whole of your order
Any discounts applied to customers that place pre-orders cannot be amended if an order is delayed, regardless of circumstances.
In accordance with Commercial Use Warranty, any item(s) sold by Interior Icons must be used exclusively in private and domestic environments to be covered by warranty or guarantee.
If Interior Icons’ products are utilized in commercial or public environments for any period of time, any warranty or guarantee will be rendered void, regardless of whether the item(s) were purchased to be used in private or domestic spaces.
In the event that Interior Icons does not adhere to any of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to enforce all other terms and conditions. Please note that our company may amend its terms and conditions at any time, however any such changes will not affect previous and current contracts.
Interior Icons offers a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery for all products against defects to the workmanship and materials. This warranty will cover normal domestic usage and will be void if any of the following are present: negligent use or non-domestic conditions, failure to follow the provided instructions, any alterations or unauthorised repairs made to the product, and products which are not adequately cared for.
What does this warranty cover?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in Interior Icons furniture.
This warranty covers metal or solid wood structural failures in Interior Icons furniture resulting from light commercial use in coffee shops, hotels, offices, or similar.
How long does the coverage last?
This warranty starts from the date of delivery. This warranty lasts for 10 years on any metal or solid wood structural failures from residential, non-commercial usage. This warranty lasts for 1 year on any soft parts and workmanship related failures. Examples of failures covered in the 1 year warranty are threading, piping, buttons, rubber components, and parts with glue as adhesive, that come loose from residential, non-commercial usage.
This warranty starts from the date of delivery and lasts for 1 year.
What will Interior Icons do?
For the 10 year warranty on metal or solid wood structural failures, Interior Icons will provide replacement part(s) at no charge with a lead time of 8-14 weeks. For the 1 year warranty on soft parts and workmanship related failures, including threading, piping, buttons, rubber components, and parts with glue as adhesive, Interior Icons will reimburse local repair charges under the conditions that 1) The repair service quote is first approved by Interior Icons and 2) Interior Icons does not guarantee the work performed by the local repair service, and cannot be held to further compensation in the event of dissatisfactory repair work.
Depending on the issue this may involve shipping you replacement parts, organizing repair, or a complete replacement (at our discretion). Interior Icons will provide replacement part(s) at no charge with a lead time of 8-14 weeks. The customer is responsible for any labour and/or shipping charges on the replacement part(s). As an alternative resolution to replacement parts Interior Icons will reimburse local repair charges under the conditions that:
1) The repair service quote is first approved by Interior Icons and 2) Interior Icons does not guarantee the work performed by the local repair service, and cannot be held to further compensation in the event of unsatisfactory repair work.
What does this warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover marble, paint, leather, metal finish, fabric, fiberglass, foams, plywood, rugs, veneers, cushioning, and coating materials. Interior Icons’ furniture that is not explicitly specified suitable for outdoor use is not covered for damage or defect from outdoor use. Any problem that is caused by other abuse, misuse or an act of nature (such as wind, flood, freezing water – including splitting and breakage from water accumulation in tubing), animal damage, burn marks (including those resulting from sunlight passing through glass filled with liquid which can at certain times act as a magnifying lens), fading, staining and mildewing of fabrics, compression of cushion fillings/fiber, and failure to take reasonable care of the furniture including proper care and maintenance is neither covered. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture. If the products are removed from the mainland US & Canada the warranty is considered void.
This warranty does not cover soft parts, marble, paint, leather, fabric, fiberglass, polypropylene, foams, plywood, veneers, and coating materials. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose, and exhibit normal use. Products are not covered by warranty if defect is from causes beyond normal wear and tear. Interior Icons’ furniture that is not explicitly specified suitable for outdoor use is not covered for damage or defect from outdoor use. Any problem that is caused by other abuse, misuse or an act of God (such as a flood) is neither covered. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture.
How do you get service?
If a product is faulty the customer must contact Interior Icons within 14 days of delivery and provide any information requested to include, but not limited to: images and a full description of the fault.
Interior Icons offers the option to purchase items that are not currently in stock in our warehouse. These items are made-to-order, and the lead time for made-to order products are stated on the product pages.
Interior Icons consistently updates the current shipping and production times on product pages and on the Track My Order page, however these are liable to change and are estimates only. In the unlikely case of an order exceeding a delay of 8 weeks from the initial estimated shipping date, the customer has the right to cancel their order for a full refund.
We want to send your order to you as soon as possible on a day that works for you. For your convenience, all items within an order will be shipped together and we will provide an estimated delivery timeline when placing the order.
Interior Icons utilizes an independent courier service for the delivery of our products. Our company cannot be held responsible for delays by independent courier services.
Upon the dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. For smaller orders shipped by courier (for example FedEx), you will receive an email with details on how to track your order.
Smaller orders (FedEx): Smaller orders are shipped via FedEx and will be delivered to you within 4-7 days.
Larger order (AGS): Larger orders are shipped via AGS and will be delivered to your first-level front door within 5-10 business days. An AGS agent will reach out to you via phone to schedule a convenient day and time for delivery, so be sure to include your phone number when placing your order. If AGS is unable to reach you via phone, an agent may contact you via email.
If the company cannot make contact, your order will be returned to our warehouse and re-delivery fees may be applied.
AGS will only deliver orders inside the front door of the first floor of your home. If you live in an apartment building, your order will be delivered to the first floor reception area.
The shipping company is able to deliver to commercial properties and can provide a certificate of insurance when required by the building manager.
We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding our delivery policy.
Please inform Interior Icons of non-delivery within 7 days of our email confirmation so we can attempt to locate your item(s) and ensure they reach you as soon as possible. Note that we are not liable for products undelivered after a 14-day period if we have not been informed of non-delivery.
All larger items booked for delivery in advance are subject to a redelivery fee (subject to your location) if the delivery is not completed due to an unreachable customer when delivery is attempted.
Before ordering large furniture items, please check your entry point dimensions to ensure item(s) will fit and to avoid any disappointment. A return shipping fee will apply if you are unable to accept the goods for this reason. You can find the dimensions for all of our products on their individual product pages.
Be advised that products delivered via independent courier service have a maximum of two delivery attempts. A note will typically be left in the case of non-delivery, in which case the customer must make arrangements with the courier service directly. If there is a repeated delivery failure due to an incorrect address or in the event that the customer is unavailable, the customer will be charged in full for redelivery, even if delivery services were initially free or at a discounted rate. If no contact is made to arrange redelivery within 48 hours, the package will be returned to our warehouse and redelivery fees will apply.
The courier service will deliver item(s) to the delivery address provided at time of payment. It is important that customers provide the correct delivery address at point of sale. In the case that you need to update your delivery address after placing an order please Contact Us. While this change is not guaranteed, we will do our best to update the delivery address.
In the event of a rejected delivery, Interior Icons will take responsibility for the return of the items, and a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund processed. Please note that shipping charges are not able to be refunded once these services have been provided by our delivery partners.
Following payment, any changes made to an order are limited and not guaranteed. We require all requests in writing via email, and we always do our best to update the given information.
Please note that larger orders may be sent via pallet (LTL) rather than courier; delivery method will be based on the delivery address and quantity ordered. All pallet orders will be delivered to the front door. Any further movements (eg into your living room) will have to be organised by the yourself. We are working on offering more extensive deliveries services, including unpacking and multi level deliveries in the future.
Rest assured that our delivery company will give reasonable notice prior to delivery. If an order is returned to our warehouse due to no fault of our own (eg; Insufficient address details or customer unavailability), you may be charged for re-delivery. Interior Icons will contact the customer in the event that an order has been returned to our warehouse. The customer must respond within 7 working days, otherwise the order may be returned to stock and a refund may be issued, minus delivery fees.
Damage to goods arising from improper unpacking of goods will not be reimbursed. Inadequate packing by the customer when returning goods may result in a refund not being issues, depending on the level of damage.
The ownership of the Goods passes to the Buyer at our Warehouse.
We calculate our shipping fee based on the total cost of the products you are purchasing. Please see the shipping fee breakdown below:

White glove delivery is available to customers in metro areas and will be shown at checkout. White glove delivery includes the delivery to any room of choice (Note: only first, second and basement floor if you have no elevator), unpacking, minor assembly, and removal of packaging material (upon your approval). Please note that electrical installation and bed assembly is not included. Please be sure to check all items before accepting your delivery, as we are unable to return items that do not have the original packaging.
Please carefully inspect all items upon their arrival. If packaging is open or damaged, please mark the delivery note ‘damaged’ in the signature box (including hand-held electronic capture devices). You may also choose to refuse delivery and mark as ‘damaged’ in which case the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse.
Once opened, if you notice your order is damaged, missing any parts, faulty or in any way incorrect, please contact us within 30 days from us shipping the order from our warehouse via email with photo or video evidence of the damage.
Once we have reviewed the damage, we will issue a replacement or replacement parts at the discretion of management. The replacements or replacement parts will be sent to you free of charge, and will be shipped as soon as the item is available.
Please note: For damaged or faulty items we will only provide a replacement of the same item, and cannot change the color, style, or finishing. We are unable to accept returns on any damaged items, and cannot provide refunds for items damaged in transit.
PRICE & PAYMENT
Upon time of order, delivery charges will be noted (sometimes free of charge, due to a promotion). We do our best to provide accurate delivery charge information, however we reserve the right to change delivery charges or product pricing after an online order is placed. This may be the case if:
- We discover a mistake in our pricing
- We do not offer delivery in your area
- Other information has come to light that affects delivery charges
Of course, you will be informed in any of these circumstances.
Interior Icons accepts the following payment methods: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or debit cards only). Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Upon the shipment of your order, we offer a 365-day return policy in which you are able to return the order to our warehouse. To start a return, please contact our support team by clicking on the "Support" button at the bottom right of any page.
You can decide to let Interior Icons organize your return shipment for a fee, or you can organize the return shipment yourself. Below you find the return shipping fees if we organize it for you:

Please note that even though we organize the return shipment to our warehouse, you will still be fully responsible for the returned item(s) until they reach our warehouse.
Returned items must be received in the same condition they were originally sent and must be unused and fully resellable. This means that they cannot be assembled or used in any way prior to return. Returned items must be re-boxed in their original packaging materials before returning. The packaging materials must be original, unmarked and undamaged. We are unable to offer additional boxes for returns.
Please keep all packaging and instructions, and do not use the item(s). All returned goods will be checked upon arrival at our warehouse. Interior Icons reserves the right to refuse a refund for any items deemed non resellable.
Once a return request has been approved following a thorough inspection of the items’ condition, a refund will be issued within 28 working days. We will refund you in full minus the actual outbound shipping cost .
Payment is taken and orders are processed immediately after ordering, so be sure to check over the contents of your cart before finalizing your purchase.
Once your order has been placed, we cannot edit or make changes to your order, with the exception of shipping address changes which can be made up until your order ships.
We provide our customers a cooling off period of 24 hours after order placement. Cancellation requests for unshipped orders made within 24 hours of order placement can be cancelled for a full refund.
After our 24 hour cooling off period, we can cancel an order and refund minus a 5% credit card processing fee. This fee is levied by our credit card processor for each order made through our website, and is calculated based on the entire order value.
If the order has already been shipped, or has been released to our warehouse for shipment and you wish to cancel it, we may be able to offer a shipment recall option on selected shipments. Please note that this recall option will incur a 20% recall fee, which is designed to cover the associated logistics and processing costs required to return the shipment to our warehouse, and we cannot guarantee this option on all orders. Once our trusted delivery partners confirm that the shipment is en route back to our facility, Interior Icons will proceed with processing the refund.
All product specifications, images and other information published on the Interior Icons website are copyrighted and belong to Interior Icons. All of our product images are photographed in-house; we are intent on showcasing our items as accurately as possible on our site. Please note that color variations are normal, as each computer displays colors differently. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding specific shades.
We are vigilant in making sure that all information on our website is accurate and as up to date as possible, however dimensions shown are approximations. We recommend that you contact us if you require precise measurements. Interior Icons does not warrant or represent any information viewed and accessed on our site as accurate, current and/or complete. We cannot, under any circumstances, accept any liability whatsoever for error or omission.
Interior Icons cannot be held responsible for orders placed separately, in which case there may be a slight difference in color due to different batch orders received from our factory.
