Free 30-day returns

We are happy to offer free 30-day returns to customers in the 48 contiguous United States.

We created this policy as part of our ongoing effort to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, enabling you to transform your living space into your own personal showroom, and try your favorite design in the comfort of your own home before making a long-term commitment.

We’re able to offer complimentary returns due to our strong and steadfast belief in our products. The vast majority of our customers are pleased with their purchases, with only a very small fraction initiating returns.

We will refund you in full minus the actual outbound shipping cost of 10% of the product price (this is the outbound shipping cost that has been paid by Interior Icons for shipping the order to you, even though it might have been subsidised by a promotion).

Please note that not all products are eligible for free returns. To see whether a product is eligible go to the product details section of the product page. For items not eligible for free returns, we can organize the return shipping and will remove an additional 15% from your refund to cover this cost.
