We are happy to offer 365-day returns to customers in the 48 contiguous United States. This return policy does not apply to products clearly marked as Final Sale or purchased as part of a clearance sale.

 

We created this policy as part of our ongoing effort to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, enabling you to transform your living space into your own personal showroom, and try your favorite design in the comfort of your own home before making a long-term commitment.

 

We’re able to offer 365-day returns due to our strong and steadfast belief in our products. The vast majority of our customers are pleased with their purchases, with only a very small fraction initiating returns.

 

We understand that flexible policies are important to you. However, we reserve the right to approve returns, based on the condition of the piece and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Pieces that have been damaged, scratched, stained, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. Returns are only accepted in the original and undamaged packaging.

 

We will refund the amount paid minus a 20% return shipping fee (30% for sofas and tables), a 10% restocking fee and the outbound shipping fee.

  

Products marked as Final Sale or purchased as part of a clearance sale are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once an order has been placed.

 

Final sale items are excluded from the 365-day return policy.

 

Cancellations 

Once you place your order, you have a 15-minute window to make changes or cancel, provided the order does not contain any products marked as Final Sale. Orders that include one or more final sale or clearance items cannot be cancelled, in whole or in part, once placed.

 

Delivered items will be handled in accordance with the applicable return policy for each item.
