Designed in 1969 by Italian designer Giancarlo Piretti, the Alky chair was exhibited at NeoCon in 1988, bringing it into the global spotlight. This sculptural lounge chair is generously proportioned, championing both comfort and style in its design. The Alky’s distinctive hallmarks are its curvaceous silhouette and continuous form, which are an ode to the beauty to be found in simple design. Its plush cushioned frame rests on subtle metal feet, making the Alky appear to float in place.
