Greta Grossman
Descended from Cabinet makers, it’s no surprise that Greta Magnusson-Grossman would go onto to have such an impact on interior design. A woodworking apprentice after leaving school, she went to study furniture design, winning several awards in the process. She started her own studio in Stockholm, before migrating with her British husband to the US during the Second World War.
